Daisy Bopanna

Daisy Bopanna (Kodava Kannada : ಡೈಸಿ ಬೋಪಣ್ಣ ) is an Indian actress in Bollywood and Kannada films.

Biography
She did her schooling from Aurobindo School, pre-university at Kumarans College and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She starred in more than 150 ads before getting a big break in Bollywood with the Priyadarshan movie Garam Masala. At present she lives in Mumbai. Recently she has appeared in the Kannada movie Gaalipata. Daisy Bopanna's family hails from Coorg/Kodagu, known as Kodavas / Coorgs. Daisy born and raised in Coorg did her schooling in Aurobindo School & has graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.

The first copy of the film is also ready now. Addressing the media, Akash says, 'We watched the first copy and all of us felt happy for bringing out a nice film. I was able mould the story that was in my mind exactly on the celluloid with the complete cooperation from the producers. Even we did not compromise in post-production activity and finished it in an efficient way, though we took a little more time to complete it with a view to give a quality film. The audio had already proved a hit and we are sure that the film would also be a big hit.' Music director Nandanraj says, 'Everyone eagerly looked how would be the debut direction of Akash. Once we completed the re-recording, everyone watched the film and felt very happy. Even I personally felt thriller. He did a very nice job.' Producer says, 'The film came out well. Especially the movie would definitely entertain the youth. Though this is the debut venture, Akash brilliantly brought out the movie. In fact, we started the film as a low-budget movie. Everyone is busy making sure that their participants are safe, and amidst this mentor Geeta Kapoor gets a shock of her life."Geeta's friend, philosopher, and guide; the ace choreographer and director, Farah Khan pays her a surprise visit on the sets. Well, thanks to the crew, the surprise was well packaged and kept under wraps until the episode had started rolling. Geeta was blindfolded but she recognized Farah just by her touch. Such is the bond of a guru and a shishya. What ensued after was these little moments that were shared between the master and her master", says Chincky (Are Munnabhai wali naire apni be apni).

Farah dotingly calls Geeta as Geetu. "She fondly spoke about their fun days and said that all her signature choreographies would not have materialized had it not been for Geeta's assistance", adds the source. There is a common thread that binds the two together. "And that's their eternal crush on Grandmaster Mithun Da. Farah fondly remembers the days when she used to go to Mithun Da's place to teach dance to li'l Mimoh", chirps the little birdie from the sets.Geeta also performed on Saroj ji's choreography. "She danced on the tune of Mera piya ghar aaya… with Alisha and Khushboo adding the oomph quotient", adds our source.

Model Donna Feldman says Brazil isn’t the only country where you see a lot of beautiful women. The American Israeli insists that Israel homes a plethora of striking beauties. "Every time I visit my family in Israel I am blown away by how beautiful the women are. The beach in Tel Aviv is filled with tan, curvy, all-natural exotic women. Instead of a single man vacationing on the beach in Brazil, Israel is definitely another option to consider."
Israel, the predominately Jewish state of approximately seven million people, is the birthplace of Bar Rafaeli, the first Jewish Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl.

Nandana Sen No To Nudity

After the controversial nude scenes in Ketan Mehta's 'Rang Rasiya', Nandana Sen got an offer from Italian filmmaker Italo Spinelli to play a tribal woman who's surreptitiously shot nude by a photographer.
After the controversial nude scenes in Ketan Mehta's 'Rang Rasiya', Nandana Sen got an offer from Italian filmmaker Italo Spinelli to play a tribal woman who's surreptitiously shot nude by a photographer. She has however turned down the offer. The film is based on Bengali litterateur Mahasweta Devi's provocative and controversial story 'Choli Ke Peeche'. Nandana was tempted, but she felt doing a full-on topless scene which is a crucial part of the narrative so soon after 'Rang Rasiya' was just not wise. 'It's a good project directed by Italo Spinelli, produced by RAI, shot by Blasco Giurardo, the cinematographer of Cinema Paradiso. It's a powerful story and although I support it fully I feel the subject matter is such that the tribal girl's nudity cannot avoid becoming unintentionally voyeuristic and exoticised even though that is definitely not the objective,' Nandana told. 'If you
remember, previously too I passed on various other international projects because of a similar concern,' she added. The project was to be started later this year, but her refusal has thrown it into back gear. 'Rang Rasiya' is a tribute to 19th century painter Raja Ravi Varma and Nandana plays the sensuous muse of the painter. Randeep Hooda plays Ravi Varma. Talking about 'Rang Rasiya', she said: 'The film focuses on the increasing critical topic of censorship of art. Remember what happened in the Jehangir art gallery last month? Ketan's film deals entirely with the freedom to paint the human figure in its natural beauty. 'The emotional drama as well as the political message of the film revolve around one critical and excessively talked-about scene of Sugandha, the muse, having the courage to break the rules of the time to pose for Ravi Varma (Randeep Hooda) and create a masterpiece of art together.'
